Meet Luke

Luke has over 19 years of experience within the education recruitment sector, matching candidates and clients with their specific requirements. Luke prides himself on being able to provide honest advice and going that extra mile to make sure he can be relied on.

Luke’s extensive experience and knowledge within the Special Needs sector has seen him successfully place over 2500 education professionals into contract and permanent roles.

Outside of work Luke enjoys the odd round of golf and run. A family man with 3 young children who keep him on his toes, Luke is a true believer of a healthy work/life balance.

Meet James

James has been involved with Education since 2004 and has a vast understanding of all aspects of school life.

Having worked at his previous Education agency for 12 successful years, James has shown that he is committed, loyal and able to build great working relationships and friendships with schools and his candidates alike.

As James’ schools will testament, supporting the school and candidate comes first and foremost and with his honest and hardworking style, he is able to also bring a friendly approach to recruitment.

When not in the office, James will more than likely be seen in an Elsa or Batman fancy dress costume acting as an entertainer at home to his 2 young children!

As a Qualified School Business Manager, James also has extensive knowledge surrounding the financial processes within schools which comes as a great advantage when supporting schools and the associated financial budgets.

I trained and work as an actor but often find myself with periods without work, so consequently there’s a need for regular and flexible employment which allows me to maintain my career alongside being able to survive in a city as expensive as London.
