    Testimonials

I have been using Luke for supply staff, both teaching and non- teaching, for the past 9 years.

At all times Luke has provided our school with a first class service. Luke is extremely friendly, approachable and always available to listen to my requirements and act on them accordingly.

Luke regularly visits our school to gain an understanding of the needs of the pupils as they change, so he can more accurately match staff to the school and ensure they have the appropriate experience required.

I can not recommend Luke highly enough.

Mrs J – SEN School – South London

As my role at school involves daily cover and staffing I have been using James Cooney for over 10 years for Teaching Assistants to support our SEN pupils. James has taken the time and trouble to get to know our school and the needs of the pupils well by visiting and even spending a day in class. James works hard to ensure that the staff sent in to support our pupils they are the right people for the school. They are able to provide staff quickly and if I need to cancel a booking or change my request it is done straight away. I am happy to recommend James Cooney to another educational setting.

Ms. J. – SEN School – East London

have been working with James Cooney since 2012.

James always makes exceptional effort to make sure me and other agency workers are happy in our roles and are continually supported.

James is more than a very  good professional, he is outstanding at his work with natural qualities that are hard to find in many workplaces. I really have gained a friend for life through work and appreciate the professional support always given.

I would highly recommend James to anybody looking for work within schools or Education.

    Daniel.

I trained and work as an actor but often find myself with periods without work, so consequently there’s a need for regular and flexible employment which allows me to maintain my career alongside being able to survive in a city as expensive as London.

I’ve been lucky enough to work with Luke since 2014, mainly at SEN schools in South London,  and have been fortunate to find myself placed at welcoming schools with wonderful students and staff. The work is rewarding and enriching and I’ve also been able to maintain a relatively successful career as an actor alongside this. One of the main reasons is the flexibility that Luke’s working style allows. As long as you’re up front and give notice of what your plans are, whether it’s on a day by day, week by week or month by month basis, due to his connections and organisation, Luke – whilst getting me regular placements with good pay – has  ensured I’ve been able to take time off whether that be for auditions, jobs or family emergencies. All in all, it’s been a win/win situation. Ive been able to earn whilst pursuing my other career, it’s been a godsend. I can’t recommended Luke highly enough, in fact I have to many of my friends in the same boat and they’ve all had the same experience.
